Lake Pickett

The North Lake Pickett Easement Association (NLPEA) was formed to ensure the assets of Lake Pickett were protected and maintained for all to enjoy. There are a number of Homeowner Associations and private lots that are members of the NLPEA and share the same easement/access to the lake. These include Pickett Downs (Phases I - IV), Kilaloe, Pickett Estates, Pickett Cove, and others.

Each year the Pickett Downs Homeowners' Association pays twenty-five dollars per lot to the NLPEA to cover the maintenance and insurance of the lake easement. Maintenance covers a wide range of things such as mowing, gate repairs, key issuance and updating, beach and boat launch/dock repairs.

The NLPEA welcomes all members and encourages everyone to become active and involved.
